Why does the report system not list stolen pics?  Grrr.

Grr..is right! And wow she didn't even bother cropping out the one sellers name

I believe the only person who can report the images is the seller.  So I suppose that someone could contact them and give them a head's a up.

I thought I'd seen that Sky Rocket, but I thought that I was just seeing a re-list, didn't really look! Thank goodness someone has an eye for these things!

God this is annoying
You can't report The picture stolen unless you tried to sell that item on eBay!
What's funny is that that is a picture of Argentina Bluebell And she's trying to sell it as the normal Bluebelle

Can we Write to the original sellers?
I never tried to sell that Pony it's just a picture from my Photobucket album So I can't report it

Yes, you can contact the "original" seller.  I have had customers email me before on ebay when they have spotted someone using my pictures.

I sent her a message asking if she'll ship to Australia. If she doesn't get reported and doesn't take everything down, I'll buy it... what a bargain for argie bluebelle - and if she doesn't ship we've got her... and if it's nomal bluebelle we've got her, too. I've got 100% positive feedback, and I've never left a neg, so it's not like I'm a crazy buyer... and I don't mind having to ship it back if it gets rid of another of these damn scammers!

It's total bullcrap that you have to be the owner of the photo to report the fraud.  You can't always track down the owner of a photo stolen from another website and using the pic goes beyond copyright infringement.  It's a fraudulent misrepresentation of the product.

Grr..is right! And wow she didn't even bother cropping out the one sellers name

Sounds like the thief's name should have been "witless" instead of "bitless."

I'd be asking her if hers is a rare argentinian bluebelle, because if it isn't you're in for a not as described case!

She has replaced some of the photos... no wonder she was stealing pics, she can't take photos at all!

Ugh! this person!!...   stealing pics and then having no remorse at all and trying to justify herlf?/himself??    that makes me so mad!  Part of me hopes that she does run into trouble with that  Bluebelle ...
I'm glad to hear that she/he has been reported and that this person is  (sortof) replacing the pics

I just got this email from her -

hi, I have bluebelle in my hand as we speak, im not quite sure what you mean by variaition? her hoof says made in, hong kong, pat pend, hasbro 1982, if that helps, she is in original condition, no mane/tail replacement or sorts ;)

Then this one right after -

hi again, it just gathered in my mind you may have been talking about where the pony was sold in relation to variation, all my ponies are orignal and UK versions, ;)

I replied with this -

HI there! Thank you for getting back to me about Bluebelle. The reason I asked is that the picture you have is of a rare Bluebell made in Argentina. There are many differnet countries that made My Little Ponies. Some are very rare, and hard to find. The actual one you have in hand is very common, and does not match your pictrues. Also, the collector ponies, Bluebelle, Cotton Candy etc.. have differnt feet molds too. They are either concave or flat footed. This also makes a difference too. I really wanted to buy this auction of yours, but since you do not have the pony pictured I will not. I would reccommend you mention this in your auction. You wouldnt wnat someone to bid on the pony pictured, then actually getting the regular hong kong, pony you have. Thanks so mcuh ro your replys!!

your picture has been changed now! I can't see her auctions anymore except what was on my watch list, I'd say she's hidden them? I don't know how they do that as I'm not an ebay seller myself. The only one that I can see that hasn't changed is Baby Susie. And NOWHERE on her listings does she state that it's a stock photo, and not an actual photo of her listed ponies, which is fraud, and I reported her saying I thought her auctions were fraudulent! Ebay would be going nutso on her right about now, which is probly why she started changing photos!

wow that stinks. I had someone who bought a pony from me turn around and use my listing picture to try and sell it at a higher price... I also bought from a seller who I found out later was using other peoples pictures when she sent me a MIB that had the box all destroyed.  I was looking for a replacement and found that the seller was stealing pictures...

GRRR...
