Title: Finished my paintings!
Post by: Varkolak on February 12, 2013, 12:19:05 AM: I'm currently working on these 2 pieces, they're going to be painted once i'm done drawing them out. but i'm not sure what they're missing. they don't seem finished.

this one is honey bunny (my persona) and her pet jensen, enjoying some tea. its not finished yet because she still needs her cutie mark, and it just seems too bare.

this one, the sky has more detail, but it doesn't show up. there is a sun in the upper left corner, but its going to go from a solid yellow, to a fading yellow. so its not really a traditional circle with lines off it. and there's also a cloud up there lol.

All that was the "Before" but after tweaking a few things, this is the final product.

Post by: ZennaBug on February 14, 2013, 09:04:01 PM: For the first pic, I think a subtle pattern in the wallpaper will make a big difference. :) I don't think the second pic is missing a thing, except its color. :P I love that her pet is a carnivorous plant.
