I'm pretty sure the hair is the ears. I think she just has hair on each side of her head where her ears would normally be.
They're actually pretty darn cute. Not sure I like their eyes much, but I'll wait to see in person. And the idea of dogs having pet dogs raises some issues XD too bad they're not articulated more.

Woot! I'll be buying at least one to customize. Their eyes appear to be inset to begin with so they should be really easy to customize after I pop those suckers out. Really would love to re-body on a hujoo anthro too, she has such a lovely face mold, i bet with a new fully jointed body, new eyes, and a new faceup she could really be a stunner.

I though she was supposed to be an English Toy Spaniel? (The breed that they later on mixed with English Setter to "create" (in lack of better words) Cavalier King charles. I believe I read "English toy spaniel" in the product description. Nonetheless, the more breeds they resemble, the more girls will want one that looks just like their dog ;)

Nylon? :( I had heard someone say it was saran. Does it seem like the kind of nylon that would hold a curl decently?
Maybe somebody will come up with a work-around for the leg joints once they are more widely available. Would adding in rubber bands thicken it to make it less floppy?

They have Nylon, not quite as soft as MLP but its okay.
It's hold curls amazingly.
Yes the heads seem to be white plastic and they are very squishy, very easy to root in hair plugs.
It isn't just that the joints are small, the legs themselves are quite floppy.
MH clothing is good on them, but that's about it.
I think bratz clothing will fit them also.
Bratzillaz skirts are perfect on them, but the tops are baggy.
There dresses fit MH but some don't fasten completely at the back like Peppers doesnt on Laggona.

Oh wow, so some online stores have her. Well, I'll make myself wait until I can go into a retail store to get them. This will be one of those few times I will have to get fashion packs for them. They look so fun!I know, right? >_< To fix that, I plan on drilling out a very small hole in her lower back and gluing in a mini rare earth magnet, then covering it with smooth apoxie. Then I can make a bunch of cute tails from different faux furs and fabrics with another magnet sewn into their base... that way they can be easily swapped and worn over clothing! Should be simple! :biggrin:

They'll definitely hold on just some doll clothes. :P

Rare earth magnets are super-strong and should work well for making tails hold through layers of clothes but I feel I must say:
PSA: Please be careful keeping these magnets away from children and pets, everyone! I know none of us would go out and purposefully feed them to children or animals, but these magnets are strong enough to cause serious health problems if accidentally swallowed. Please be cautious!

So I saw the Pinkie Cooper dolls at my local Target. All the basic dolls had headbands, so I don't know what's up with some people getting headbands and others not.
The basic dolls were $15, the deluxe dolls with pups were $20, and the pups by themselves were $10.
My doll budget's already just about gone for this month so I didn't pick any up, but I'm looking forward to when I can bring home a few of these cuties for my very own!

I saw these girls the other day at Fred Meyer, they are soooo cute! Well, it was actually just the three deluxe versions of Pinkie Cooper. I was sorely tempted, but I had already grabbed Dreamhouse Midge and Raquelle, and wasn't about to put them back down. I am a man of limited funds, and the Mattel dolls were cheaper (plus MIDGE). Pinkie can wait till she goes on sale, lol.

Yeah but the good thing about her Tutorials is that most of that stuff can be resized to fit a ton of dolls! I want to do a soft ear mod for my girl plus a wig my only issue is how the wig would fit with the ears. Most of the dolls I see here with wigs all have normal human placed ears and the ones that are animal faced with animal ears plus wigs I can't tell how the wigs are fitted x.xI'm going to look into doing that, already started looking at how to do doll wigs so she wouldn't be bald!

I put her head in boiled water untill the plastic was soft enough to pop them out. I sanded them, then softed the eye sockets again and popped them back in. With regular eyes, you may or may not have an issue with the shape and have to mod. No idea, though.

Nope. Barbie clothing is too big and the shoes are too small. They are more Bratz/MH sized, but with smaller chests and bigger booties. The feet are about the same SIZE as MH feet but a different SHAPE. I picked up some clearanced Winx shoes, even, but those didn't fit either.

Yes, their boxes are very nice. I was impressed when I picked them up since they felt substantial for their size. They just feel like they are of good quality without even deboxing them.

Oh! Also, MacabreDarling asked me in PM about what eyes they would take. No idea if they would actually fit but if you measure the eye hole, it comes out 19mm which would mean 20mm eyes. Maybe someone who's got them kicking around and is customizing anyone could try 'em?

I personally only ever found the fashion packs at ToysRUs and the only one near me still has nothing on clearance. It does have some fashion packs left at full price, and TRU is the only place I found the travel case.
I'm debating whether or not I should grab a Pinkie or two.

I am sad that there will never be a legitimate three-pack from this line or more fashions. I feel Pinkie Cooper and the Jetset Pets never got a fair shake--maybe there were ads I never saw, but how were children supposed to find out about them unless they stumbled across the tiny display in a store? I know they had the webisodes, but one can't search on the internet for something one doesn't know exists.

Thanks for suggesting Tuesday Morning! I visited 3 over the past week or 2 and almost completed my collection! I only need Lil Pinkie to complete it! (I think)
I spotted sprinkles & saltine both $3.99 each and single dolls of Ginger, Pinkie and Pepper (they all had their headbands!) all $4.99 each and pinkie cooper travel London set for $4.99 too!

I know whenever I'd see the Pinkie Cooper dolls in the last few months, they would usually be there.Where have you guys been having luck finding these gals? I got an early birthday Walmart giftcard so we went to out tonight and didn't even see space for them (though I didn't look at stickers). We're going to check out the other Walmart tomorrow if we can but I'm not very hopeful honestly.
