What got you into pony collecting?

good question, I got a Pinkie Pie at a con for a prize, I like to brush things (BJDs and such), they look cute next to the dolls and the smallest ones can even sit on them, so I bought a few more and well I got like all of the g4 brushables now (moving backwards, I guess)
though I do admit some of those bronies frighten me, I'm more a collector, that and I like more then just gen 4 so...
