Title: Combined shipping question
Post by: Water_Fire on December 30, 2012, 04:13:28 AM
Hi guys, I have a quick question about this and I hope you can help me!

Basically, I've committed to buy a couple ponies from the same seller on ebay. I asked them about combined shipping, and they said yes, fine, I'll do that for you. However, I'm confused as to whether I should wait for them to invoice me to get it? I don't want to leave them waiting for payment, but I won't get it if I pay for both separately, will I?

Sorry if the answer's rather obvious, I've not been on ebay all that long!

Thank you!

You can request an invoice for the combined shipping. :)

If you go into your completed sale information, there should be a request total from seller option. Just click that and it will send a message to your seller, prompting them to send you a correct invoice total.

I am sure that considering how busy this time of the year can get for many they may not have had a chance to send you one.  So I wouldn't worry about sending payment immediately, especially since they already said they would combine.

Thanks guys, I went into my purchases tab and saw there was a combined cost there already, so I just went in there and paid it. Thanks for the help!
