Title: Putting head back on?
Post by: zannid on November 21, 2012, 12:19:56 AM
So I finished one of my first reroots and I've only got one problem: I can't quite figure out how to pop the head back on over the anchor.

Are you supposed to clip off the prongs, use heat, or what? Any help would be very much appreciated.

I suggest running the head under very hot water or leaving it in boiling water for a minute and then giving it a go - it should pop back over the prongs. I didn't have any problems with my rerooted Ghoulia when I did it this way :)

I just push the prongs down a little and then shove the head down over it. No need for heat or anything like that. You can even cut the whole pronged bit off and it won't make a whole lot of difference.

Thanks so much guys! Managed to get the head back on just fine. Guess I was just all worried that after putting so much time into it I'd somehow mess her up. XD

You can cut off the horizontal prongs. It doesn't do anything to how the head moves. :D
