She's finally here! After Flaileigh was so sweet to let me join her CherishDoll order, she sent my Limited Unicorn Molly expedited from Canada. Of course, the post really took their sweet time with her, but after I harassed my PO today, they told me she was already on the truck and just hadn't been scanned on her way out. I ran to my mailboxes and the mailman was there, just starting to fill them. I asked him if I had a box and she was there! She's still not even marked delivered on either the Canada or US post office sites, my post office really dropped the ball with the scanning apparently.
But!
The good news is that she arrived and she arrived safely! I think I'll be making a trip to DDE this weekend to get her eyes and hair and maybe an outfit if I find one I like.

I thought I wouldn't have pants for her, but it turns out that the ones I got last year that were too small for my Pullips are almost her size. I just need to hem them a bit.

She's my first human (mostly human, at least) BJD and I love her already! :lovey: Isn't she cute?!

Thanks, I was really pleased at how sweet she looked when I took the bubble wrap off of her head. She's way cuter than even the website's photos made her look!

Me too! It's so frustrating when the PO drops the ball and there's nothing you can do about it. Her box looked like they'd played kickball with her, so I'm glad you put in so many packing peanuts and bubble wrap! :faint:

Thanks, I love her! And I found a shirt that actually fits her in my doll clothes box, so she's looking pretty adorable right now.
And I found my faceup artist! Eludys. :D She's reserving me a slot and I'll send the head off as soon as I have eyes and a wig (heading to DDE this weekend to get those) so she can match the complexion to those.

I'm actually not sure what size wig she wears, I was going to try them on her when I went in this weekend to figure it out.

Thanks, I am totally in love with her! I'm headed to Denver Doll tomorrow after work! :) Once she has her hair, eyes, eyelashes, and a face protector, she'll be off to Texas for a face. I'm going to try to get that all done this weekend so she will be back as soon as possible. Then I'll find her some clothes while her head is away.

Got some eyes at DDE, but they were really short on wigs and I didn't find a single one that I liked. Poo. So I guess I'll go looking online for one that I like.

I just wanted to share one of my girl too. She is borrowing Jessica's eyes right now until I decide what color I'm going to go with! I have Mr. Super Clear coming, and I'm going to do her face-up myself.
