Meet Ursula! She was made as part of the Animated Villains Swap for Ellis1342 and is the only G4 I have ever worked on! Trying to work on something so small and trying to rehair the tail securely really made me appreciated how talented you G4 customizers out there are!

This side shows Ursula's alter-ego Vanessa, and you can also see her necklace and some of the starfish that attack her at the wedding!

Here is Ursula face-on. You can see one of the eels is wrapped around an extra in the background, but Flotsam and Jetsam both fit on the pony. I ended up sending the first (burnt) set of eels as I think they looked more menancing than this set, but only this pair properly glow in the dark.

On this side is a painting of Ursula herself, with sculpted tentacles. You can also see here how the hair is twisted up to resemble the character's. It is a mixture of glow-in-the-dark and UV-reactive white-to-purple but my phone isn't capable of capturing the glow, and it's past summer in Scotland so there aren't many UV rays about!
I also made Ellis1342 a necklace similar to Ursula's and a GID version of her ponysona, but I forgot to take a pic of the extras!
The swap was a lot of fun.

I love that you added an eel!

I bet she was hard to work on. I have looked at mine and thought "Oh my the head is small!"

I know we've talked about it before but I do enjoy how different your style is. It definitely has an impressionist feeling. If you have shots of the extras you sent I know Ellis really enjoyed them. I'd love to see a few shots of the whole bunch. ;)

Thanks :) Yeah, Ellis said she liked ponies that she could display from different angles so that's what I tried to produce. Yeah, the necklace was probably my favourite bit ^.^

It wouldn't be Ursula without any eels!

Thanks, although I think trying to put detail onto such a small surface contibuted to the style. At first I kept painting over myself accidentally, usually whenever I'd gotten something just right  It didn't occur to me to take pictures at all, I am so scatterbrained. They were fun to think up though. I think I might have sketches. Hopefully Ellis will come along with a pic for you ^.^

Totally :) I developed a much bigger appreciation for Ursula from making this custom. I kept watching Ursula scenes over and over to pick poses :) Yes, the eels are cool ^.^
