Is there a way to put someone on ignore so you no longer see any posts or PMs by them?

Profile > Buddies/Ignore List > Edit Ignore List

Personal Messaging > Receive personal messages from: [use whatever settings here]

Thanks :) If someone who I have on ignore tries to send me a PM, will it tell them they are on ignore, or will it just pretend to send it?

When you try to send a message to someone who has blocked you, you'll get a message like this:

User '[whoever]' has blocked your personal message.
