I'm not sure if this has been posted already, forgive me if it has  :blush:

I found this on another pony site... it says that these pics of a Pinkie Pie with wheels and a voice box were found on TaoBao.  :blink:

Has anyone seen this? What do you think of it? I think it's a bit.. um, strange, but I'll have to wait until I see it in person.  :lol:

And also, I hope it's the real voice actor for pinkie and not a knockoff VA ._.

Gosh she looks very happy! :)

The leg and location of her symbol style is similar to the Dash, AJ and Twilight Sparkle we are getting which move so perhaps she is the next wave of this line.

I think that's one of the the posable ponies that was found recently?

I think they're called Magic Motion Ponies or something along that effect. Well, at least now we know why they're called such

Seriously, that battery compartment location is inappropriate for the age group this'd go to. Did they even think about this? Hope that there's a better battery location on the real thing should this be released.

Ah ha ha ha haaaa, oh dear!

Well, I am sort of creeped out by her legs, which appear to have tiny wheels under the hooves.  (I've never been a fan of walking toys.)  But I kind of like her head mold.  I think it has more personality than the usual mold.  Also, her ears appear to be more proportionate to her head.

On the upside, maybe it will encourage some healthy parent/child discussions about anatomy?

Would be cuter if it was like any other robotic animal and walked/toddled instead of rolled. At least it looks like it'll roll. I like the cute factor though!

but bigger, those were brushables this ones 20cm, so bigger then a FS

i actually like her but it would be funny if she turned out to be a fakie lol just imagine it,
she is kind of different so i like this one. i would so buy this for my 2yr old daughter for xmas.
however the eyes match the new future blind bag eyes (or are they fakie blind bag) or just hasbro changing

It still looks more or less tho. Given that their cutie mark design share a similarity. Maybe we mis-judged the size of the others.

Or it could be the case that they're planning two sizes- brushable size that runs off watch batteries and can't talk, and one giganto-sized one that takes two triple-As in the behind that does talk. Hasbro does like giving Pinkie privileges, the so soft Pinkie was noticeably larger than the other so softs.

That battery hatch placement has spawned a pile of jokes inappropriate for this forum :lol:
I'll be passing on this one. I prefer smaller toys and I'm not a fan of electronic gizmos inside. I think they might end up with a bunch of these warming the shelves, just because it tends to happen whenever a toy is large and expensive. This stuff sells better at Christmas and whatnot but it's the small toys that cost less allowence that are the bread and butter.

I think it's the overall pose of this one that bugs me.  Her ears actually look too small, compared to the others, and something about her body gives me the creeps.  Definitely passing on this one.

You would think they'd say more things these days. I've already been unimpressed with Story telling Twilight, Cadance and Princess Celestia.  I'm sure they can't get worse.


They're not large toys, so it would be hard to place the battery compartment under the stomach like the larger toys have. TONS of toys already have the batteries there- but most of them are sitting toys so you can't see them.  It didn't even effect me.

I think it's a neat idea for a pony but perhaps a new character instead of one of the mane 6 may have been a better idea. There's already a bazillion Pinkie Pies available on the shelves to chose from.

I like her more with the package! Another character would be neat, but they would need to test this type of toy with a mane 6 to see if it even sells probably, then maybe advance to twilight sparkle or a royal. Unlike so softs who branch out every once in a while because they do sell.

Also I'd rather have the battery opening on her butt than on her front. It wouldn't look nice in such a visible place near her face where the focus would be. Or on her back for the same reason.

I'm a little on the fence with this one. Not because of the battery compartment most everyone is complaining about, or even her "creepy" facial expression, but I just in general do not care much for moving/battery operated toys. I think she's pretty adorable over all, in my opinion. I'm going to just wait and see with this one. It's not a definite at the moment though, that's for sure.

I had a walking Barbie horse so I can see how little kids might like this. Definitely not a collectors item though.

Batteries at least the tail covers it. Obviously that taobao photo will not be on the product advertising.   :lmao:
