I just won Argie Novia on e-bay!!

Truly has been one of my favorite ponies since childhood so as soon as I found out about this girl, I knew I had to have one.

Yeah, I thought I was going to have to go a lot higher for her. Her mane looks like it may have a slight trim, and she has some pink looking stuff on one back leg but even if I can't get that off, it's not that bad!

Yeah, I think it's because she has a few flaws, and there have been some pretty minty ones on e-bay lately. I don't mind a few flaws, though, especially on a rare pony like her, if it means I can pay less and actually win!

Yay congrats! This is one of the most beautiful nirvanas in my opinion. She seems to be in good condition too, an argie could be a lot worse than just a slight mane trim. Even the symbol looks unfaded :)

She looks to be in a bit of rough shape, but I definitely got a bargain, right? Meanwhile, I'm super pissed that the minty Paseo Flutterbye listed is those crazy people who want $999.99 for her.
When I get Medley and clean her up, I'll post pics here to solicit opinions about the need to rehair or otherwise restore.

I don't know? I just searched "my little pony argentina," so it wasn't like she was mislabeled or anything, and the only flaws I see are the dark marks on her NDS front leg area and the mane trim. Relcelestia's Argie price guide lists her as worth significantly more, so maybe I just lucked out? Or maybe she is in worse shape than she looks, and someone with a more discerning eye decided not to bid. I'm not too picky when it comes to Argie's, though, because they are relatively rare and I'd rather have one less-than-perfect than not have her at all.

I noticed a lot of Argies went low this week. I managed to get one that looked in decent shape to me except the hair, and I didn't have any trouble getting her. I didn't have a person bid against me! Maybe people were just not auction stalking this week?
Congrats on Medley. I got one in this week actually and yours has more hair than mine. :lol:
