just a heads up about these two and if you are like me and like to get things cheap and fast (fast as in not wanting to wait for them to come into a store near you)
iv had a few dealings from both yeyanqinggz and chaojiean19851220 from china on USA ebay. know this can be dodgy dealing with a non english speaking sellers i know but the dealings were really good at first so i came back for more. now these 2 people work together as to my surprise ponies i bought separately from both of them arrived in the same packet more then once saving THEM on post. i over looked this as it has to be bad for me to complain and i thought the post wasn't too bad arriving a little over a week. then things were getting slower then not arriving or i should say missing a pony out when they were posting them together. which shows that i signed for it :mad:. luckly i got a refund for that after a long time trying to explain to them it was not posted but it doesn't stop there unfortunately, after waiting 3 weeks for another to arrive it wasn't posted untill i opened a case with ebay because i was massaging them asking them where my pony was and the language was getting really bad and non understandable so my questions to where it was was not answered which makes me believe maybe they didn't have it in stock so might be procrastinating.
(now that one showed it had left the country yesterday so will keep this posted)
now i am also expecting another 2 (my very last from these guys) should be interesting if they mix it up again, i get one pony and not the other. i feel my last orders are just so messed up :( and is really starting to be a big pain in the cutie mark :cry:
i will keep this updated to see what i get next, i have a horrable gut feeling what is showing on the internet tracking site i use is going to be either the very late pony or my 2 that i bought last week or may be they posted them together again.
sorry for the long post, hopefully this all makes sense and iv explained it clearing to warn other peeps. im not sure what to do, just wait along time or tell ebay about all the dealings and their combined postings. is that dodgy that they do that?
i really hate to think that this might have to be my first bad or neutral feedback i'l have to place

It sounds to me like they definitely have two accounts. And they are having trouble keeping up with what is what and to whom???

yeah I'm pretty sure likewise that a lot of the chinese sellers that have the Littlest Pet shop pets are either all the same person or all come from the same place, because I've bought from about 7 different sellers, and I get the SAME email from them, exact same wording and everything. I wait a while to give feedback, so they end up bugging the crap out of me for feedback, and they all send the same email within minutes of each other, it drives me crazy.

I bought a pony from them too and the one that I rcvd was not the one in the picture, was not even the right pony, it had the wrong tinsel. They responded that they will send a new one, but yeah, I have had problems too. I am waiting on my replacement pony.

i got a response from them like they were surprised i filed a case with ebay about them but they never replayed to what i was saying, they would reply to my massages but not to what i was asking of them about :(

I'm pretty sure a lot of these Chinese sellers are the same person with multiple accounts. I see it a lot with jewelry on ebay too- they'll have the same stock images, same location, same descriptions, and their prices hardly vary at all.

As she said, many of these Chinese sellers are the same seller. It's all well and good except they use all the different accounts to spam the same item on Ebay.
If you try to list the same item twice at the same time, Ebay will take it down. However, if you do it on different ids you won't get caught. It bugs me because I'm very much sick of looking at vintage Barbies and weeding through 1000s of ads that aren't vintage or aren't Barbies.
The problem is that they sell so many items that it's hard for them to get in trouble cause you are given more leeway if you are a power seller and even more if you are a top rated seller. So out of the 1000s that don't complain the ones that do are a small minority.

Oh no!!!! I am waiting on 8 ponies from the first name listed on your orignal post. I have a tracking # on them and it has not updated for 10 days now. There is nothing on it either. I sent almost a $100.00 to this seller!!!!! I can open a case in 4 more days if I do not get them. I hope I can get my money back if I do not get the ponies. Or let alone the right ones :(
I just sent them another message. I also do not understand what they are saying in the messages :(

Oh goodness! I am sorry that you are having issues with one of the same sellers Avena.
It seems by their emails back there is oviously a bit of a language barrier. :huh: I could be wrong but that last message I am taking it as they are sorry for the mix-up, a replacement has been sent and it is the correct one you ordered.
Did you by chance get a second tracking number?

no i didnt :( iv given up messaging them its too frustrating, il wait and see if i get my last orders from them and if they send correct one and if no good il get ebay involved again, i just dont want to deal with them any more,
up till now they have 100% feedback but seeing they have upset alot of peep even here on the arena i think there feedback is going to drop very soon.

I bought a Blue Tail Cheerilee from yeyanqinggz on 9/21 and according to the tracking info, she has made it Stateside and is on her way. I will let you know if it turns out to be the wrong pony... but crossing my fingers that it's not.

my latest ones arrive which im happy about yay no dramas there, i was really starting worry about those cos it had one blindbag i needed to get and FS Cadance and shes awesome but im still to see if they are going to reship my brushable applejack they cocked up on. they shouldnt be so eager to sell all over the world if they can't communicate when people are wondering where their shipments are

what happened to the 8 you bought? how long were you waiting, did they never show up or were wrong?
it was funny my tracking # never updated for my last lot i got in the wkend and then they showed up :huh:
so gave them good feedback for that

I won them all on 9/13 and sent message for combine shipping. I wait till I got it and paid on the 18th. Took for ever for them to get me the total. They said they shipped them on the 19th. Nothing showed up in the tracking till today. I was able to get three cases open on three of the ponies. The other ones said I have to wait till October 6th now. I got refunded back for two of the ponies. The did not answer the third ones yet. And now its says in the tracking info they were accepted on the 28th. Um....... were they going to keep my money and not send me the ponies at all? I am not going to leave them good feedback at all. The said they sent them out on the 19th which is not true at all. Wondering if they and who will show up now?

did you receive any thing on the 28th, or did someone sign for your ponies, cos if it wasnt your name on the parcel then you should take that one up with the us postal service.
btw thats only 10days from china so they might still come, mine was three weeks and we are closer, i would give it till the end of the week before getting more refunds just incase they arrive and you will have to refund them back :)
or leave them too much out of pocket

does it say shipping complete on the tracking site? if so then you have to worry but it sounds like its just entered the country of destination maybe?

i read what they were complaining about and to be honest i thought that person was abit extreme, blind bags are full of fault, most of the ones i bought from a shop had all sorts of nasty things going on, brush-ables i understand but bb, they are so tiny and easily flawed.
i almost felt sorry for them even though they upset so :(

Well I got them today and some of them are not like in the pictures. I bidded on a few cause they showed diamond eyes in the pictures, well I did not get that. Oh well I will not buy from them again. Just happy to have them all. Alot of messy hair for sure! LOL

make sure they send you the correct ones or refund you, that i was after and with applejack they sent me the one with the translucent tinsel like the royal ball one.
if they dont get what your saying open a case and then they might. i really hate it when you open a case.

Ya I saw that Rarity one and wish I could send a message to the winner :( I bet they will not get what they wanted. I paid for them all at one time. They did give me a full refund on two of them. Five of them came in there bags and not opened. Three of them were lose and had CRZAY hair!!! I do not like that they keep using the same picture over and over!!!!

I took the jump again and bought another G4 pony from a differnt China seller and she got it out in the mail the next day. I am happy to say she will be getting good feedback :) I sent her a message asking if the pony looks like it in the pictures. Said what you see is what you get.........LOL

I think it's hit or miss with these Chinese sellers unfortunately.
And lipin2012 is a terrific seller, I will vouche for that. I have ordered a total of 6 times from them. It was always marked as shipped right away with tracking. And everything arrived as promised.

I reported this account and the listings. Like ebay is going to do anything anyways.

well iv placed neg feedback for the ones that i never got and they never refunded me for aj so iv escalated the case, they should not be trading if they can't respond to problems or communicate, its my first neg FB iv ever placed on ebay :(
the weird thing is what happened to all the other negative FB they had a week or 2 ago? strange, can one delete the feedback once placed or change it?
