well, there might not be a lot of clipart around, but there sure are a lot of vectors floating around.
if you search my little pony friendship is magic on deviantArt, you'll get loads of hits. many of those vectors are straight from the show.

Are you talking G1 or G4?

G1 has clip art here at the Fact File:

If you mean MLP & Friends (the G1 cartoon), it's harder to get good-looking clipart of it than G4, due to the style of it.  G4 has thick lines around objects which makes it easy to separate them from backgrounds or to vector.  The G1 shows have thin black lines and the art style can sometimes vary a LOT depending on which animators were working on a particular episode.  (For example, look at "The Golden Horseshoes", the part where they're visiting the Moochick in his cottage.)

The merchandise and comics had pretty consistent art, though, and some of it very pretty.  I remember Locket used to have some comic clipart up.

AWWW YEAH, found it with The Way Back Machine!

I know! Right!?

I need to find where all the G1 MLP and Friends clipart comes from.

(Of course I am speaking of the art they put on DVD cases and VHS boxes, especially of international releases.)

The links posted are the best clip art you will find. Ivy's site has the most comprehensive out there.

Most G1 backcards and merch you have to remember was created in the 80s so unlike modern stock "vectors" most was original artwork therefore often its unique from item to item.

If you are looking for images I would suggest you buy some G1 books as they are a fantastic resource for G1 outlines :)

I feel silly for not remembering this before, but I used to have a G1 free picture page!   I dug through my files and found / uploaded what I could.
