That is so elegant :) I'd love to see more MLP tattoos aswell, I know people have em :P
I'd love to get one myself, but honestly I've ran out of space where I can get tattoos and still hide them :P

Wow, that tattoo is gorgeous! I'm tempted by the idea of a cutie mark on my hip or something, but I'd need to lose a fair bit of weight before I even thought about it...

I have a pair of hearts with wings on my hip which was nothing to do with MLP but sort of looks like Hearthrob's symbol :P
I want to get a pegasus (mythical looking rather than MLP) and have her coloured like Skydancer but I'm running out of room to put tattoos! I'm having one done at the moment (which will hopefully be finished on my next visit because the bottom of the back HURTS A LOT!) and it's made me think about my pegasus again. Maybe when I've lost a bit of weight I could have it on my side, going around onto my stomach a bit? Hmmmm.....

This is kinda where I am, too. I'd love a pony tattoo, but I have to keep things pretty modest at this point in my life, and I don't have a lot of spaces left to put things.

Thanks everyone! :blush: I always feel like I derail the pony tattoos threads...
I think there's about 12 or so hours there. It was done in 3 sessions. It was started in February 2008. I've always planned to continue it to a full sleeve with the lower half being an underwater scene with sea ponies. For various reasons, I haven't got to finish it. Maybe some day! :P
NoDivison - I think it might be Aerosmith_Gal that has the Barnacle tattoo. I really love that one, it's very well done. :bigups:

I love looking at all tattoos and I dont have a pony tattoo but perhaps some day I will get one ...but I do have a zumba tattoo if you want to see it I would have to get a picture of it ..its on my foot and I love it it has stars with it ...
and I am currently hoping I am on a waiting list to get tattooed by someone and I am thinking I better call and see and wonder if I need to submit again...

Oh these are amazing!!! I'm too scared to have Tattoos as I am so fussy I'm scared I wouldn't like it when it was done.
I did use to joke about having 'Made in Hong Kong' tattooed on the bottom of one of my feet, but apparently that would really hurt so I didn't go through with it!

Eventually, I am going to get a little pink hummingbird. I don't want a full pony tattoo, but I thought the symbol of my favorite would be a nice touch. :)

All these tats are lovely! I have a carousel horse tattoo, but it's not an mlp. If there's enough space one day I might get it coloured like one, and with a cutie mark.

This is so gorgeous. The only thing I'd say is to darken the shading a little bit when you next have it touched up? Unless that's the camera washing out the colours at the lower half of the picture. It's a really lovely composition for a sleeve piece.
I have tattoos on my hips (cutie marks, haha!) but they aren't pony related. They *are* things that are important to me and reflect who I am, and I got them before that reasoning was even glossed in FiM as where cutie marks come from. I nearly got a pony-themed tattoo, but all my work is in black and grey and I couldn't settle on a design.

Came home from the Boston Tattoo Convention with a new pony. Excuse the colors looking a bit washed out because of the light source in the picture.... it's super bright in person. I'll try to take a picture of it myself in natural light tomorrow. Sat for almost 6 hours straight. I'm very sore right now, but pleased with how it came out. I just told her I wanted another pony and a cupcake, and this is what came out of it. ^.^

6 hrs for $400?!?! HOLY COW. My artist is soooo expensive lol She worked for an hour last time and charged close to 400. But, it was worth it.

She's actually comparatively expensive to most of the other shops around here. Where are you from, xkelpiex?

I now live in Ontario, but my artist is in Montreal. She got third place at that famous convention down there one year. I dn;t mind paying her prices, though, because she is amaaaaazing. And I went to high school with her so I'm willing to support her. She started tattooing at just 15! She's 25 now and owns her own shop.

That's awesome xkelpiex. I'm very loyal to my artist as well. She's changed shops three times and I've followed her everywhere she went. Right now they're doing construction on her own shop. She's been tattooing me since 2006. My body is like a memento to her style and skill have progressed over the years. I think it's kinda neat. :)

Just found out my tattoo may be featured on the official My Little Pony facebook page. I'm so excited, but I'm really not looking forward to all of the bronies ripping me a new one because of my fat arms. It was just featured on Inked Magazine's official page and some people were really mean. :sad:

Im so jealous of these pony tattoos! I have a dragon tattoo on my back I took when I was 18, and I know my boyfriend dislikes it. If I would take a pony tattoo it would be a combination he would absolutely hate. I know, I know, I shouldnt listen to him but.. We've been together for such a long time and I just dont want to take something he hates.

:facepalm: those people!! they'd just find *any* reason to pick on someone they are jealous of! And yes, I think bronies would probably find their reasons to be mean too, probably because the tattoo features a :shock: G3!!! but as with anything posted on the internet, I think you just need to accept that there are trolls out there and not let it get to you :hug:
BTW, your arms are NOT fat!

Just remember most people that pick on others are unsatisfied with thereselves. If you are happy with yourself then who gives a rats butt what other people think. I found out a long time ago that you can't pay any attention to other people. Be proud of yourself and know we here at the arena love you. :hug:

I call it my expensive coloring book, since that's where the pictures I'm using are coming from. I have some washable markers to color it in with when I get bored, but I'm left handed, so if I ever try to do it, it's all coloring fail.

I was batting around the idea of getting a pony tattoo. :) Since I'm now only really getting Autism related tattoos, I may get my Autism pony tattooed!
