Fortunately, with such a short run, I can fit all the options on the poll. :)
I would be a twice as fancy, super long hair mom pony. :biggrin:

Twice as fancy pony! I loved the G3.5 TAF's. They had such beautiful colours :)

I had to look up the G3.5s to see... don't have any (yet) myself...
But I'd have to go Holiday Pony! I'm one of those ponies (oh, those ponies :lol:) who loves the holiday seasons... much to the chagrin of my long-suffering co-workers. I have such a collection of :xmas: Yule and Christmas :xmas: jewellery (and socks, and bracelets, and so on) now... oh well, the customers we have seem to enjoy it near as much as I do! :biggrin:

I think the TAF are very pretty. I don't think I've seen any super long hairs, but I always liked lots of hair. And of course the newborn cuties are adorable.

Sparkly!!! Tinsel and sparkle = win!!! Bling bling bling baby!!!
And the TAF title for them in G3.5 is a fan made moniker...they were boxed just under their own names and without a title...as were the Sparkly ponies and a couple of others...they had to be given a designation of some kind to differentiate so TAF seems perfect in my opinion!

Even though the G3.5s get no love elsewhere, I do love them. I find their chibi style adorable and I am utterly twitterpated by their big round eyes.

As far as i know most of them didn't got specific names. Saying "TAF" is just a bit easier than saying "the ones that had a cutie mark all over their body". It's pretty much the same concept.
I'm one of the few (it seems) that kinda likes G3.5. Especially the art style. The biggest problem was just the lack of new characters.

I love the special editions, holidays, and the mom ponies. If I were to collect any G3.5s, I would start with the moms and their babies for sure! So cute, and also non-core 7. :)

My favs are the TAF ones (and the only ones I collect at the moment), so I would be one of those ! :D

I'm gonna go with Holiday pony because...eh.. I don't know I guess they seemed the most interesting. I don't really know much about G3.5.
I feel kinda bad for them tsometimes, like there's some toy designer out there that put a lot of effort into them and no then one liked them... :bawl: I'm happy for those of you that give G3.5 love.

I voted for the Mom ponies. I really can't stand the other ones or the Newborn Cuties. I mean, it's like they tap into a primal rage deep inside me or something.

To be quite honest I really resented the 3.5s because they replaced G3s which I was happily collecting. To me it seemed Hasbro sold out to the popularity of ginormous head and eyes i.e Littlest Pet Shop, Bratz, etc. I couldn't stand to look at them.
I have since gotten over my extreme dislike but I still don't collect that half generation. In fact due to buying large auction pony lots I have several i'm trying to sell off. Including 3 Stylin' Pinkie Pies HELP!
I'd be a TAF or holiday pony as those seemed the most creative. I kinda liked the moms. I have Pinkie Pie's mom that i'm trying to sell.

I'm with Malicieuse- I actually liked the G3.5 line! I especially loved the Mermaids sets - still need to get that dolphin-pulled carriage to be complete, and then look for the blind bags... why did those never hit the States!? :yikes:

I only liked the mum ponies in this range, so I picked those.

it was hard between the mommy and newborn cuties, i love all the ones that are in sitting pose and i love the mommy's cos they are fun and colorful and only 3 that aren't the main core 7
i voted mommy's, im glad there are other G3.5 fans out there. i think i went for them cos at the time G3 didn't sit quite right with me, iv since grown to like some g3 now
btw i love the newborn play sets

I haven't voted because I hate the 3.5's I've seen. They actually scare me. However, I am open to change (I used to hate g2's and g4's when they first came out too), just SLOOOOOWWWWWWW.
So, you tell me, which are the best 3.5s in your opinion and I will go look them up :)

Honestly, I didn't like G3.5s at first and then when I saw one in person at a thrift store, I just couldn't leave her behind. There's no way I can hate them now. They're actually quite sweet if you can get over the giant heads.
As for the poll, I would be a Super Long Hair Sparkle Pony with a skirt. My hair is very long and I'm trying to grow it longer. Also, as a curvy woman, I wear lots of skirts and dresses since they fit over my hips better.
The sparkle is just there because... sparkle!

The mommy ponies have larger bodies, so their heads aren't as disproportionate. The bigger figures are all nice. I have a small Pinkie Pie and Sweetie Belle, medium Cheerilee and Scootaloo and then a large Mom Dash. I like them all, but I think people favor the bigger figures (the moms) because their larger bodies suit their heads a bit better.
Chibi style takes some getting used to, but I've seen so much of it and it's really grown on me over time. I certainly think it looks better on ponies than people. ^.^

Ok, I looked them up. Wow, there aren't very many of them are there? I think I figured out why I dislike them. I hate their boxy, open mouths. I thought about it and I tend to not like the ponies of any gen with open mouths. I ended up picking the long hair ones because I think the long hair helps kind of bridge the gap between the skinny necks and large head, making them actually look cute. I also thought Sweetie Belle looked cute in most of her poses.
I used to hate g4's, but between the show and customizing one I was sold, now I can't figure out how I didn't think they were cute in the first place. XD

I'm not a fan of the actual G3.5 toys that were released. I like the artwork, but the toys haven't grown on me yet (with the exception of the tiny Ponyville figures). I chose New Look and TAF, though. I love how they put in some effort to get the hairstyles right for the brushable figures. :)

I voted for the TAF ponies, but I like the Special Edition Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie. Though I'm still not a huge fan of 3.5.
