well, i want to bake some cookies for a café i am working on next weekend, but all the cookies i tried so far can get a bit dry and unexiting.
my plan is, to stamp them out with my new rabbit-shapes, and color them in different colors with food coloring, one dought with chocolate.

Okay, here are a few:

This one is really simple and very nice !

Same with this one. It's specially cool if you don't really want to bother cooking anything complicated but still want something really tasty.

I always make Honey Cookies!
They are very soft and always disappear quickly!
-
I just use the one on the back of the Tollhouse bag. I'm not really a huge cookie fan.
-
I use the recipes from Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar. There are some mocha and green tea cookie recipes in there that will knock your socks off. :)

Wow! A Miffy cutter! No idea they made those, I loved Miffy as a child, I had books and a wooden inset board! Couldn't eat a Miffy biscuit/cookie though, I'm squeamish, don't eat gingerbread men, gummy bears or sugar mice or jelly babies either...
