Hi, [you]!
I spoilered the TL;DR part - just the fine print/details on what I'm looking for and condition and stuff. I blather, sorry. Skip to the want list if you like. ;)
Spoiler
So I finally sat down and worked out what ponies I'm most looking for. Again. I'm still reorganizing my sales and trade threads, so I'm mostly on a buyer's basis at the moment. ^.^
Can't buy it *all* right the now, but feel free to pm me, and we'll talk. ^.^
My eBay feedback as a buyer (under the handle sugar.lightning) is at 149 and my Arena feedback stands at +72 (no negative feedback). ^.^ I'm in Canada, and I'm happy to purchase internationally - hey, it's frequently less expensive for shipping than North American post fees. Go figure.
I'm not a terribly picky collector. Except for So-Softs - flocking loss is beginning to really creep me out. Must have really fluffy So Softs - or darned close to it. I do like my ponies to look nice, but after twenty-odd years and heavens only know how much playwear, I can fully understand some, um, baggage? Hey, I have my share too. Anyway, about the only things that make me say an outright no to a pony are holes, missing limbs, looking like it's been used for a teether, oozing with rust/mould, or out-and-out burns. I can overlook mild marker, mild biro/highlighter marks, names/marks under the hooves, regrind, mild chews, etc., and I can fix a lot of other problems. ^.^ Thank you, Arena, for sharing all your knowledge about pony restoration! :grouphug:

Other stuff I'm looking to buy:
- Anything Battle Cats! My son is obsessed; no really.
- Witches of Eileanan novels 2 through 6
- Mego Chauncey the unicorn figure from Clown-Around Town
Swap box stuff:
I like trinkets! If it's teensy and kyoot, I'm there. Especially Japanese-style stickers & stationery or other kawaii stuff, pegasi, unicorns, Gachapon toys, Filly Princess... well, basically, if it'd please a girly-girl of about seven or so, unless it's Barbie or Bratz, deal me in. I'm also really partial to ribbon jewellery, jewellery made of wood or leather, stickers (especially old Illuminations or Hambly Studios stickers, or vintage or vintage-style tiny Sandylion stickers), bells, Christmas/Yule themed pins, and little things (glittery pens, pencils, erasers, sparkly notepads, etc.), or stuff with Mario or dolphins on (those would go to my son). I also have a small (but growing, alas for my itty-bitty living space) collection of Schleich toys, particularly magical equines but also standards.
For edibles, I like raspberry best (especially raspberry + chocolate!), but orange + chocolate and lemon + chocolate are also really yum (or orange or lemon on their own), and chocolates or teas are also great. My favourite sweets of all times are Parma Violets, and Smarties from the UK (where the orange ones taste like orange!). ^.^ And I'm always game to try something new, so if your area/country has something they're known for that you'd love to share, I'm all for it!
Socks:
Since I've participated in two sock swaps and have decided I can never have too much hosiery, here's my preference list.
:socks: I love weird, wacky, wild socks! I wear a women's size 10, so the 9-11 usually fits just dandy. I'm not really fond of anklets/no-show socks; anything from a crew to an over-the-knee sock makes me joyful. And if it's a holiday sock swap, feel free to select crazyful holiday socks! I go all in for the holiday trim (earrings, brooches, and socks especially), so it'd make me super happy. ^.^
One small note: my legs are rather on the sturdy side of things (I'm not a slender SHS, but rather very standard G1 in build, ha-ha), so I try to look out for stretchier sockage. ^.^ Just putting it out there. ;)
