Edit: please everyone check to make sure you got your feedback. A few people haven't posted brags but that is fine, it's totally your choice if you want to show off your creations. Great job everyone!
I think we are done! Thank you so much for everyone for participating. Please if you are still waiting on something or you haven't gotten your feedback lets wrap this up so we can clear out the spots on your customs participation board! Much love to everyone, esp my co-host. :P
heftysmurf76 has volunteered to co-host with me so I think we are good to seek approval from the mods on this one! If you have questions or concerns let us know in the beginning so we can tweak things a bit. I think we are going to do as suggested and pull a Disney/Animated Movie Villain theme for this swap. If you have questions about what would or would not be included just feel free to post.
Sign-ups on July 17th-22nd (round about)
Photo Check-in August 28th
Final Check-in/Shipping approval September 28th
Rules:
1. Four 5 star arena feedback that demonstrated reliability. (If all you have is ebay feedback or tp feedback I'm sure we can work that out too.)
2. Provide me with second method of reaching you (email, phone, other) in case you go MIA. (This will not be given out to others)
3. Skill based swap so you must be able to provide reference photos to demonstrate your skill level. Check-ins will also require photos.
4. Check-in on time. Failure to check-in appropriately will result in the assumption you have dropped out. So if you have problems let me know when they occur or you will be dropped.
5. Pictures of your completed custom must be approved before you ship.
6. Please leave feedback for your partners. They worked hard! They deserve the recognition.
7. Fill out the forms completely. General forms are not helpful to a person trying to make you something that you like. So please be specific about your prefs. And I cannot stress enough to read your partners prefs and if you aren't sure ask me and I will contact them for clarification.
8. You must be of age as per site rules.
9. I reserve the right to refuse anyone who appears to be unreliable, difficult to work with, or to withdraw those who do not follow the rules.

Villains is a huge huge genre, there's arguably a villain in every book, film, story etc. so could easily be unmanagable in its limits ......
what about something like Disney villains? That would be an AWESOME swap and its something that most people would be familiar with :p
Especially if I were skilled enough to take part :(

I agree ^.^ Having it something like that would help narrow down what people want to do and what can be done ^.^ Also if it was something like disney villains or movie villains etc then it would still be a big enough topic to get alot of different customs ^.^

With something like disney too, there's something for any customer whether they're 15 or 50, they'll have grown up with a disney villain wether it was the evil queen in sleeping beauty or scar from lion king

Yes it's just your trade count here on the area. Do you have ebay feedback or trading post feedback that you could substitute, or would your more experienced friend be willing to vouch for you? :) We want to allow as many newer members as possible so we will try to work with you.

I would assume both, because even buyers are left feedback for prompt payments and smooth transactions. :)

The sculpting category is going to be a mid-heavy sculpt. If you feel like... hey I'd like to sculpt quite a bit. Maybe I'll sculpt clothing or hair or change things up a bit. This is the category for you. If you feel like oh I might sculpt a tiny bit but I don't want to do a lot of sculpting. I'd rather sew clothing/make a design that doesn't require much sculpting... then go with the repaints category.

I'm not sure just yet. Unfortunately ..I'm coming across a few maaajor hurdles right now. 1. I can't seem to find a bait for sale anywhere here or even new, nor in my local stores, and if I find it online the shipping will take a while and 2. The certain 'supply' I need is apparently hard to find and even though I found it, it takes fooooorever to ship and I have to order a certain minimum. Grrr. But it will look so awesome with it if I can get it!! :D

Sure that's fine! I had a similar problem with my camera not too long ago. It turned out to be a battery issue, it wasn't holding a charge. Just whenever you get a chance. :) we can be flexible as long as we know the remaining folks are working on it.

I've had to readjust what I was sending. Cursing myself for not planning ahead! Doh! Shipping tomorrow. This is my first swap....I terrified! I have to say, I'll miss seeing this pony around.:) Anyone else ever get attached? ^^

I think everyone feels that way sometimes. I get so nervous if my person will like the custom I send. I think that's why I try to send a few goodies along, to kind of balance it out just in case. :pillow:
I will say this guys that all participants worked very hard, and for some this is their first swap so please please please do not forget to leave feedback. It helps those newer to swaps get into bigger swaps and plus it's just nice to know all your hard work was appreciated. :newpony:
If you are not familiar with the system you receive a pony and leave feedback for that person. In the event of any problems hold off on feedback until we have discussed the situation. It's also nice to post or mail the person so they know it arrived safely. Everyone hold on to those shipping receipts until the end just in case. Heaven forbid any of our ponies go astray we want to be able to give credit and clear out that swap slot for everyone.

Heck yeah I'm attached to my pony! So many hours spent working on it, gluing my fingers together..lol. I love how it turned out, I just hope my partner does too. Since I haven't had a job since July, it's been tough getting supplies and goodies..so unfortunately I don't have a lot in my box so I put more effort into my pony than ever before to make up for that. Let me know when your pony arrives safely and if you like her partner!!

just got my AWESOME Shadow weaver pony from gemini_pony, I LURVE her and the extras were to die for, especially an amazingl,y detailed book of spells and some delcious chocolates...PLUS a kewl lil halloween figure for me to decorate, gemini_pony went above and beyond with the package!!!
