I also have a little plush Surprise in the works from the lovely Crowchet (http://crowchet.deviantart.com/) :3 I'll post here once I get her! Assuming the thread's still going then xD

I assure you they're the same size. The German baby has a non-glittery symbol and slightly different purple in the eyes.

Might be! C: He's actually a lot angrier than I intended, I just never got around to fixin' it. Better than being purple though!

Here are old pictures of my collection...since then have added more things but no pictures of them all together T.T

First the items that feature Surprise:

Since then I've added more, customs included, but no group picture as of late... all you get is OLD pictures X D

Anyways, LOVE Surprise and really need to get my hands on Baby Surprise, she's in my fav baby pose!
Here's one of mine, she has some orange in her tail and I have no idea what the deal is with that but I kinda think it's cool :)

I took her with an idea to give her another tail, but I just thought she was really cute this way :3

OH no!! I saw this last night and was 'nah, don't really need that variant' ...... but now after looking at my friend and I's Surprise/Majesty war pictures... it looks like Majesty's hair color and I needs one as well too X D
....maybe have to get a custom made one...

Post by: Vintergatan on June 05, 2012, 12:41:05 PM: It's not tailrust (my first guess as well :P), it is truly, brightly orange and she's clean generally ^^ as for fading, I´ve only seen this colour fade into light yellow, so no idea :P
It's really funky because some strands are bright orange just in patches and most others kinda fade from yellow to orange to yellow again. it'S just weird because the orange part is kinda inside the tail. I wish I knew her secret! :D

She's not perfect but I got her in a Halloween swap a few years ago and I just fell in love. I just bought her bought an upgrade Baby Surprise who I should be getting in the mail any day now. Gotta love those white ponies!

haha!! yes that blue on white is gorgeous!! she is pretty HTF as far as argies go :/
what you could do is find an argie surprise with a bad haircut (yellow is easiest to find) and rehair her!!
i did that with an argie moondancer... found the pink one with a mowhawk and had her rehaired in rainbow (then i got the real one) then blue (then i got the real one) then green and shes on her way to me now! ^_^

she looks pretty legit!

I have a couple Surprises with tails like that. One is the MO pearlized version. I think something is happening to the dye. Maybe it's breaking down? I see no signs of tail rust or anything like that. It seems to happen in patches.

She still needs a little sunfading so I'll get onto that next summer! My little duo will soon hopefully be joined by another adult Surprise (US version). I've been on the lookout for one with good hair, and finally found one :)
