I have bought one of each of the white celestias while I've been in China. I thought you may all like a little further info. So here is the White celestias:

Personally I think that the stlying one is stunning. Her hair is just beautiful, and she looks about a million times better white than pink. The mini is blind bag sized not collectors pack size if anyone was ever in any doubt about that. As for talking Celestia, she is ok. They really have gone nuts with the blush. Her eyes are lovely with the glitter on them. The horn is no bigger (someone was wondering about it from the taobao pictures). She also still continues to say the vapid things the pink version said.

As you can see Cadence, Shining Armour and Granny Smith are all blind bag sized. The Celestia mould is bigger than the 2nd Cadence mould which I feel would really suite Luna, but oh well. I do wonder if Granny Smith is going to be a blind bag release or in a special pack, does anyone actually know for sure, or has it all been speculation so far??

Hasbro have confirmed that Granny Smith will be in a mini pony collectors pack with AJ and Big Mac - the other collectors packs are the Royal Wedding [which is the SA and Cadence you have there along with a TS blind bag] and Cloudsdale [including the Griffen whose name I cant remember, a blind bag Dash and one of the Wonderbolts].
The Luna, Celestia and Cadence in the same style - those are the ones which are coming out as part of a blind bag box.
Very cute all together! And I will admit I hope White Celestia gets to stores in FS size I really like her!

Coolio. I thought it would be kind of easy to figure out which one was granny if it was a blind bag. I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for the Griffen (Glinda? Was that it?) I liked her a lot.

I wanted to call the Griffin Gertrude but I dont think thats right...*having mind blank*...it might well be Gilda or Glinda though you are right.
And yes you would certainly be able to "feel" her zimmer frame through the blind bag! I really hope these sets make it to UK stores.

She looks so nice white (the FS one). I hope she's released at some point in that color. The new FS set to come out is still pink :(.

I can see someone taking that Cadence collector and turning her into Luna. I know I might try to make a mold copy of her since I guess I'd only buy one set and no doubles

I couldn't justify buying a new talking Celestia, as I already have the pink one, but ohmygosh that styling one is just so cute! And I don't have a styling Celestia yet~ I hope they release her, and then also remember that Canada would like to have her to!
As a sidenote it's a shame Celestia still talks like a stereotypical girls toy. I'd love her to be her intelligent self from the show.
Are you able to buy them from stores in China? Or are you purchasing them from the factory or somesuch?

Who knows since I think she is coming out when the Crystal Empire and Pony Friends Forever (did I get that one right?) Series comes out. I'm not even sure where Crystal Empire factors in unless it has something to do with Season 3 of the show (shrugs)

I would say this collectors line people are seeing boxes from.

Are you able to buy them from stores in China? Or are you purchasing them from the factory or somesuch?
I wish she said more intelligent things too. Changing her colour is such a small step as far as the toys go.
I am also buying from Taobao. I literally have never seen a mlp in the stores here. When I was at the silk markets I saw 1 G3 baby, and 6 loose blind bags. I haven't made it to the toy markets yet (which tend to sell straight from factory), but I may see more stuff there. The chinese really don't do MLP at all. No one I talk to about it knows what the heck I'm talking about.

The pink one seemed so off and in Swedish it just doesn't sound anything near Celestia. :(

That's pretty sad. She looks incredible in her white form but the voice box doesn't add up to the majestic pony she is. :(
I'd love to hear anything based more of her intellectual self than just the girly stuff. What if she said "the friends are always there, just look past the obstacles" now that would be a great line.

This reminds me of my trip to Japan in 2006. I found a GIANT Toys R Us in Odaiba. And I mean seriously, this was a toy store that looked like an underground warehouse. It was amazing.
Being a huge G3 collector at the time, and 2006 being the peak of the G3 distribution, I eagerly searching that entire TRU, hoping to pick up some MLP's with Japanese packaging. After a long, long search I came to the conclusion that there was not one MLP in that entire store. o.0 I was shocked and very sad.

Thanks for the pics xeevee! I agree, styling Celestia is simply stunning in white :biggrin: If I'm not mistaken we're still waiting on an official release for her? The new styling ones are just the de-tinseled versions of the TRU exclusives.
There was one luna floating around in the Cadance mold quite a while back, but it was the large Cadance mold that comes with the castle, not the blind bag sized one. She looked great in it, and I hope they make on of her in that bb mold as well. I'd think it's possibly if maybe they continue to make these theme sets perhaps? Maybe a Luna, Celestia and twilight Sparkle set would make sense?

Thanks for the up close pictures! I ordered a mini Luna, I wish it was here now. I really like the molds for them.
It's a shame about the talking Celestia continuing to have vapid soundbites. I think that's a tradition in girl toys, unfortunately. Even the Sweet Talkin ones said things like "I love you!" "I'm pretty!" "Comb my hair!" They couldn't have Celestia say things about friendship too? Bleh.

I still don't know how I feel about white Celestia. She's pretty but how will she fit in my collection with all the pink ones. I do plan to get the blind bag definitely but not the talking one and I'm not sure about the FS one. I wonder when/if/how she will see a release...
