Someone with heaps of photoshop skill will have an advantage over none-photoshoppers, so I'm wondering :)

I was wondering about this to. To compound on/in addition to that, are re-roots and/or custom faces allowed? I'm in the process or re-rooting a lagoon and I think I'd like to use her. I also might re-paint her lips, and there's another doll who might get an entirely custom face. I guess just wanna know to what extent customized dolls will be allowed.
Also, since CAMs have removeable wigs, will they be allowed to change their hair, or will they have to stick to the one they were entered in?
Wait, so how would all the other girls manage to change their hair as much as a CAM if they can't have their hair colour/style changed as easily? Would you photoshop their hair? Or.. :blink:
I was thinking for the first photoshoot, Tuney could do something nature related. That way, those ghouls that don't have many outfits could use...well, nature as their clothing. Leaves, twigs, grass, etc.. XD
You could always try to look for old barbie or other doll clothes. Even if they don't fit MH too well, you could pin it in the back and no one would know!

Alright looks like Rochelle's hair won't get here on time so I decided to do a little photo shoot. Most of the photos I really like weren't usable because my camera focuses on the sun, making it appear as if I've used flash..Beautiful! I love Rochelle and especially that skirt!

I honestly don't think I'm going to end up being a contestant. ( I mean, I entered but my photos are all on a crappy porch xD) I lack clothing, shoes (I have.. DT slippers, those terrible black shoes/boots with the moons on them) and anything that looks remotely decent, can't seem to find anything on sale for decent prices (I am NOT paying $10 for CAM bee girls shoes, no matter how badly I want them!) and I lack self esteem regarding my photos. Not to mention I'm sick so often I can't generally do much that involves a lot of physical exertion so maybe next time. I have a lot of amazing backdrops around here but I'm not sure I'll be able to do so. So if you'd like help with planning, photoshop, critique, etc.. I'm here!

Yes, the yellow and black dress comes with the new CAM set. Actually, both outfits are really pretty. I highly recommend both.
As for Rochelle's dress, I believe that is a Barbie dress. It's too big, but I just tied a ribbon around it.

She doesn't come with a torso. I ordered a torso for her before I even bought her add-on pack, but the seller totally flaked out and I never got it. So mine is a super franken-beast. Her thighs are CaM werewolf, the rest of her is a spare Ghoulia. I wasn't able to get her legs to attach correctly and still be posable...
So I think I might buy the were/dragon set and put her on that body. But I carved down her arm pegs to make them fit on a stanrdard Ghoulia, so now if I get a were set to put her on her arms won't fit right... oi *facepalm*
Teflon tape? Or even scotch? I know my hands were really loose in my Pullip girl and I don't want to Obitsu her, so I put tape around the pegs. Maybe it'll work the same way for the CAM?

Well, the entry deadline is until the 15th if memory serves me correct, so I will be announcing in the days after that.
I concur! That way, the rest of the community feels like they were a part of it too, and then we also have the judges making a final decision so there isn't any 'playing favorites'...know what I mean? :biggrin:

If Photobucket ever makes your photo look crappy, you can open it in a program like Paint.net and save it as a PNG instead of a JPG and then upload it. It'll be a larger file size but anything you've typed on the photo and the photo itself will look much clearer. :)
