Like A certain pony who is in G1, 2, 3 & 4?
If there is I want them :silly:

Of the top of my head I can't think of one.... Applejack was G1 G3 and G4 ..... I don't think there is one that covers all gens.... G2s kinda broke the chain and they have some very individual ponies.... G3s went back to using G1 names like Lickety Split, AJ,Minty etc.

You have Morning Glory in G1, G2 and G3 (?), but not in G4 :/
Star Swirl perhaps?

There's a pony named Cupcake in every line but 3.5, but they do not look the same, so...

Cupcake is in all gens. She doesn't look the same in all of them though.

The only 2 names I can think have been reused across all 4 gens are Star Swirl and Cupcake - although I dont know if you would assume they were "related" if you line them up beside one another some of them are pretty different!
Applejack is probably the closest in appearance but alas she did miss G2

Yeah, Cupcake was the first to come to mind.

well Bright Bramely is really close to a G2 Appleack.

Cupcake and Star Swirl, and almost Morning Glory and Petal Blossom. Just need G4s of them.
