So someone wanted a bunch of art from me and I traded them for a Paradise Estate- But I've never seen one in person! Now I'm trying to make space for it before it arrives- Can anyone tell me its measurements?

Holy nice trade batman! I only have two of the pink house pieces. Its big. Somewhere between 3-4 feet spread out and almost as deep I would think.

with the rooms closed, but put together, it's 3 feet by 3 feet and about a foot tall...no *wonder* so few parents bought them!

Really big. One of the rooms alone is like... a foot square, ish? 3x3 feet closed sounds about right, the pool and patio are about as large, and the front entrance sticks out with its curved walls. If you want to display it fully open, you'd probably need at least five feet across. :drunk: I have two and neither is on display right now because of how big it is! Even disassembled, PE is hard to store.

Yes...you need a surprising amount of space for this! When closed up its big enough but when open and displayed in length the depth of the pool at the back means its large in every direction!
But it does mean it is awesome when set up...so much pony display area!

Yes I am quite pleased ;) its just the building, flowers and patio stuff. Works just fine for me as I'm not really fond of the stuff that came with it and now I'll have a place to put all the little accessory's I got for my Pukifee Ball joint doll (shes about as tall as a G1 pony) also got a small pile of G1's, the Lullaby nursery, and perm shoppe :)

even disassemble I'm wondering how all this is getting shipped! I'll get like 6-10 smaller boxes (and won't that give my post a heart attack!) or one absolutely ginormous one XD the smaller boxes are more likely as everything is getting bubble wrapped... waiting for it to arrive is going to be so hard...

Yea, PE is BIG. Really. That's why i still have it stored in a huge box. I can't display it!

Someday I love to have it but I don't have the space for it. Im concentrating on getting a new house first someday.

I am working with someone who is purchasing my "spare" (LOL!! who in the world would have a spare...) almost complete but for the usual culprits (utensils) PE. I have managed to fit it, along with bubble wrap etc, into two over-sized boxes, 20" x 18" x 12" each. It was quite a feat of engineering! (*huffs fingernails*)

I had to have mine sea mailed the box was too big to post! Lol...but it did come all in one massive box!

I got mine in four huuuuge boxes. I dream of the day I will have the space to set it up properly, until then it's on display just in bits :D

That is quite impressive! lol mine will need to be at least one more box that size with the nursery and perm shoppe added in XD
