All plush work are on hold due to a emergency moving. Me and my hubby ended our relationship yesterday and I am moving out. Everything is pack and ready to go. I have found a place already but I still have to apply for it. If I don't find a place fast, I have another option.

That is not just a dime, that is a lot of money and I appriciate if I got anything in return for that hard work. You've had plenty of time, in fact since last summer. And "a long time ago" does not change the fact that you agreed to a trade. That is a kind of contract and that means if one of the parts in it fail to full fill it's task the other can take it to court.
And to clear it out, I have had economic issues long before the trade but I never complained nor did I ever fail to deliver my part. I offered my most of my pennies to make that plush for you by putting orders for special materials.
I simply can't believe in the excuses any more, as I've gotten too many by you. So I have all rights to file a complaint about it, which falls under the category fraud.

I did ship out a couple of packages that were long overdue that was with me and I did pay the extra money to get it there faster and a tracking number and he did received it.

just wanted to let you know that I just ship out the gabumon plush to you. It will take about 2 weeks to arrive but sometimes it takes less then that. Sadly, I couldn't get a tracking number since it was really expensive but I do have the receipts that I can scan it for you.

Seems you responded, it did impress me actually. But no tracking number = no trust.
The forum info I was given is less than a year old. And it doesn't matter, since it's a crime never the less it makes you a criminal. It isn't just me you tried to scam, it's several others so there's no change in your reputation on the web at all. Just because you cleaned up one dirty stain doesn't mean the whole surface is clean.
My guess that when the authorities look for information about you, more scammed people will stand up. In other terms, you're ******

After taking it out of the parcel, the plush broke sadly. He lost his foot. Derp.
Just want to let you know, received the plush today and it wasn't near my expectations. Upon unpacking the parcel, the plush it lost its foot and some seams broke. I believe that this plush was on purpose sabotaged. I carefully opened the parcel from the side and pulled it out carefully, so this damage can't be by me since I've had it out for 30 minutes and just had it sitting beside me on the desktop. This won't really change my standing on the complaint, since the promised item didn't hold it's promised quality.

Most certainly. This issue is most.. stupid. Had a similar issue but not so annoying one on a small forum where the buyer never replied even tho she had my phone to call about where she should pick the items up(but that's another story).

In case you haven't got it, I still demand my plush back. The quality of "yours" doesn't add up and the fact that it arrived broken still counts as fraud. Unless you don't return mine I will take this further with the authorities due to the amount of money lost on that single plush. You've dragged this out too long and I'm tired of it. Giving me a broken plush really was the drop of the glass.

I honeslty don't know if they'll be able to help you with something like this, but maybe they'll call her and file a report, and she'll take it more seriously. Hello, in my previous note, I told you that I have no problem to send it back your plush to you and I will on monday. Also, when I did the plush I stored it away to keep it safe. I never had a problem like that of a broken plush so I am really sorry about this. Most of it was hand stitch. Also I will send you a little something with your plush.I will accept the offer then block her. I don't want to have to do with this miss ever ever again.
