I would love to not have to drive to the post office for every international package. PayPal makes it seem like I can purchase postage from them but my post office told me that I couldn't. I had asked them for the plastic Baggie that PayPal said would be required. They didn't give me any and old me I had to come In :(
I am in USA. Was I told wrong?
How can I simplify this?

The only international postage you can buy with Paypal is Priority mail. You can buy first class with ebay, but not with paypal.
And yes, you'll need the little plastic pouches. They can be ordered from the USPS website for free.

So to get first class for non eBay I am stuck with the post office. Bah.
Ok I can order the baggies. Will buying the shipping from eBay also take me to filling out the customs form that goes in the Baggie or do I need to use the one from the post office?

When you buy it from ebay you'll fill out the form and print online, you don't need the one from the PO

Sorry for so many clarifications, but this is something I would hate to do wrong.
I just put the printed form in the envalope and stick it on the box, anywhere, and drop it in any drop box?

The customs form you print will be in 4 parts. One is for you to keep, 3 are to go in the plastic pouch. You stick it on the box and drop it at the post office or order a pickup. I usually drop it in the self service box at the post office.
