I bought a tiny amount of ponies from someone on here, towards the end of last month, and i still haven't got them yet. i sent them a PM asking if they shipped yet, and they read it, but never replied. they have an amazing amount of positive feedback, and no negatives... but the lack of response, and the time its taken (i paid on February 21st) should i just cancel the paypal and send them a message saying i will pay them again if the ponies arrive?

What I would do, is that I would send them a message titled "URGENT response needed" or something of the sorts. Then I would politely ask again about the shipping and tell them that if I don't hear from them in x days I will file a Paypal claim.

I think this is a good idea. Communication is very important in these situations. Good luck. :)

I agree I would send another PM and see?
I know sometimes people get busy, read their PM's with good intentions of getting back to that person and forget. I am guilty of it myself :blush:

i sent another PM and explained that i'm not wanting to cause any problems or anything, but i'm just worried about the lack of response. and that i'd give them 3 days to let me know, before i ask paypal to give me my money back. its only a few dollars but still, that's a few dollars from my pocket.

got a response tonight, they were VERY polite and kind to me and refunded my money. but i have every intention of returning the money when the items arrive. they said they'd still be shipped, but they've been so kind through this that when they get here i'd be more than happy to send the money back.
all is good! :D

I'm glad to hear you and your seller have worked things out :) Hopefully your parcel will arrive soon
