I've been customizing dolls since... well, since ever. I recently got into Monster High (back in December) and just knew I wanted to try my hand at these. These are a mixture of commissions and sales, more information can be found on my website: www.RetrogradeWorks.com.

Custom Nefera: Sunil, Sold. If you've not had a chance to see her in person, Nefera is one heck of a doll. Her entire body is made up of this beautiful shimmery gold-tan plastic.

My take on a Calavera using a Create A Monster Skeleton, Sold. I loved it so much, I had to get a set for myself (which I've -still- not had time to paint D:!)

Haha, I'm all over the place :). I've just painted for years and years T_T~ For Nefera's hair, I used the braid and boil method.

You make MH look beautiful without all the make-up and just some natural shading and enhancement to the features. :) I love the sleeping eyes! My favorite is the DOTD Clawdeen.

i have to admit to being a huge fan of your work! It was seeing you're customs that inspired me to give it a go too, as soon as i catch up on custom ponies that is. The repaints you do are jaw dropping, do you have any handy hints, tips or perhaps know of any good tutorials for first time doll customisers?
