Hey guys a friend of mine on Facebook found a scammer on Etsy that stole images of pony phushies and asking for stupid amount of money.

So everyone watch out for him/her.

The fake shop had them up for sale for $200.

Etsy is saying it haveing some problems right now and are trying to fix it.

So it is! Seemed to be working fine when I clicked except there were no items. Hopefully the original artist has reported the theft to etsy? I'm sure they'd be pretty proactive in taking down false listings.

No surprise we were going to have more scammers attracted by the high spenders of this fandom! :(
Thank you for the heads-up. It looks like Etsy has removed the listings though, as I don't see anything for sale currently, or in their "past sales" area.

The site isn't down, the listings have been removed. That's what people above are trying to tell you. Someone must have reported it so Etsy removed them.

Etsy seems pretty quick to remove that kind of thing ;) There was a case where someone was using art of adoptibles/personas of people here on stickers without permission and selling them, but they were removed pretty quickly after they were reported.
