It one of the first tooth the doggie has when he/she was a puppy, just like human. But mostly they swallow them during eating or chewing.

Its quite worn down around the edges too whereas a puppy would have a very sharp tooth. I wonder why an adult dog is loosing its teeth too, but I guess yorkies are prone to tooth loss.

one thing though, teeth tend to dry up and fall apart in time, happened to my dog's baby teeth as well as to my wisdom tooth i was trying to keep. Guess it needs to be treated in some way to stay as it is.

that is either the upper 4th premolar or the lower 1st molar from a puppy. it's a puppy tooth because there aren't any roots, just that curve that sits in the gums.

<~ 14 years veterinary hospital experience.

lol... I can get a bunch of these from castration/spay surgeries where we remove any baby teeth that haven't fallen out yet ;) taking orders? (just kidding!)

Well, whoever has it, I hope they're happy with it.

They probably do collect natural things like teeth or bones. I can't imagine any other reason why they would want it, unless they are incredibly talented customizers and they actually do turn it into a MLP!
