Title: Hullo!

I'm an 18 year old baker (hopefully to be a culinary student in the fall) in the Great White North (aka southern Canada), with a soft spot for cute things. I stumbled upon here after trying to identify a G2 pony (it was Ivy, from the Mother and Baby set c: ) I had found in a thrift store. I wouldn't call myself a collector yet, but I'm on my way!
My mother is appalled at the sight of my ponies unfortunately :c so I don't really have many, to keep her from exploding (she thinks its weird). My father on the other hand, considers it an investment, seeing as I spend next to nothing to obtain them! I really have a lot of fun hunting at local thrift stores.
I didn't actually grow up with MLP at all, and got in because I have many friends who love FiM. I guess I just can't help myself around cute and colourful things! heh
Anyway, I'm a tad shy when it comes to posting, but I feel like I will constantly be lurking posts! And at the rate I'm picking up new ponies, I'm sure I'll be looking to sell a few to make room for more.
