I'm not sure if she's cannon or not bu her name is something like Paper Lantern? Thing is I'm not sure if this is her name or not and that's what I need help with. I saw her and she was really pretty ^.^.

I don't know about a Paper Lantern but there is a G3 pony named Kimono who has chinese paper lanterns as her cutie mark.  She was one of the first G3 ponies released.
