Yeah, I didn't care to sit and check each answer or decipher the handwriting.

All I know is if I made a thread every time one of the kids whose papers I grade got a question wrong, this site would be dedicated solely to that with nary a pony in sight.

In other words, was it really necessary to make a thread for one kid's error?

Sorry if this didn't come across. This is my own work. This was a sheet were were given and we noticed that there was two lines of problems that were repeated.

Ohhhh, okay. That makes it less cruel-seeming, for sure! I thought you were picking on a kid.

Huh, I guess they ARE repeated! Some of the stock papers made by teachers in the past that I've graded have had appalling errors on them! Way worse than just a repetition of questions.

They're just making sure you're paying attention. :P

It's not the first error we've found. We spotted one where the textbook answer was actually the wrong answer to the question.

Haha, if only, Tilas! It's really bad when a grading KEY has them D: You're halfway through a set and then you realise...wait a minute... there is no way that equals 6!

And then you have to write 'ok' on all the papers you already marked it wrong. Annoying :c

Yeah, sometimes textbooks themselves are wrong. I...don't hold today's public school systems in high regard, having passed through the Indiana system myself. Maybe it's better in other places, but if this is happening in Europe as well? Euhhh...

Well I suppose if you got them right the first time, you got a row of free answers!

I always look at those like "free bonus answers" because you don't have to do the work twice!  :)

It took me a second, but I realized that at least one question had been duplicated! When I was in third or fourth grade and then again in sixth grade, many years ago, the teacher's Spelling book with the answers in it had wrong answers!

Surely 4.50 + 7.50 is 12, not 11.50?

But then, I've made that very same mistake in my life. Chalk it up to not enough coffee in the morning:P

Well, I'm not exactly the best at math so there probably is a few errors in there. :P
