Title: My very first custom
Post by: Izrabeth on February 06, 2012, 01:36:52 AM: She's far from being perfect...much far LOL
I'm planning to give her some pretty hairsticks and to sew a Kimono but was impatient to show her :lol:
She's rehaired with chocolate pudding and sunlight, I know I messed cutting the hank and the tail is not much long, but didn't have another one to repair..I also break a rehairing neddle >_<

Your painting it dynamic in both color and brushstoke as well as being very crisp. I'm sure her kimono will be stunning as well! She look great!

Best criticism I think could be given, is practice! Just keep doing what you're doing and you're off to such a stunning start, that your skills and style will naturally build with practice, and just pop.

You are all extremely kind with me! I hope to improve and make better customs soon :) still have some prepped baities to work on. As start I will do some customs for friends and family
Honestly I thought I would give up before starting her but now I'm proud of her, you know when you think you will never be able to do something and then you do it :frolic:

I named her Miya which should means Temple in japanese but in private, friendly, I call her poopIz :silly:

I think you did an amazing job and every time you do one, you'll learn something new or develop a new style to do something. You've definitely got skills, girl!

I like the clean lines and graphic look of her symbol. I don't think she needs a kimono, but that's just me.

You have such great taste in customs, that I always thought you would make great customs as well. I love the delicate paintwork and the colors are so warm and lovely. I can't wait to see what you come up with next! :)
