Title: Ice Burn the Dragoness

I've had this character name and concept for yeeeears, so today I decided to give her a physical manifestation. Her colors are subject to change, but her body type is sufficient.

She's a steetwise, sassy sort, though her expression in this pic doesn't quite show it.
