Okay, so I have used my primitive Google skills and had no luck. Even tried Ghost of the Doll - but I think these are too new to be there.
I have a pink-bodied doll, about 10" who is covered in glitter and has tinsel in her pink hair. Also has some kind of microphone/headset accessory is an earring. The limbs are very arched and curved - much like Monster High...
I also have a purple-bodied doll with silver tinsel in her gray/purple hair.
The dolls have 2009, Mattel, Made in Indonesia on their lower backs but nothing else. I will take pictures, but maybe someone has a direction to point me in? Help!

Sounds like the fairy dolls from the playline collection that went along with the movie Barbie: A Fashion Fairytale.

Ohhh, I saw these in TRU! Couldn't work out whether I really liked them or whether they creeped me out a little. xD They are pretty though, I'm a sucker for sparkles...
