I've been meaning to draw this scene for a while now. It's for a fanfic a friend wrote that combines Rescue from Midnight Castle with FiM, and it's really well done and does justice to both FiM and the original cartoon I think, especially considering he wrote the story only shortly after discovering MLP. (It's unfortunately not finished yet, but still, it's good).

I may eventually color this, but probably not any time soon.

That looks awesome!!  :)  And the fic sounds cool, I like the idea of combining G1 and G4  :)

This is wonderful! I love how you managed to combine the two very different art styles!
