Title: Moderator Applications!
Post by: Loa on January 21, 2012, 04:43:34 PM: Welcome to the very first public moderator call for the brand new Arena!
Starting this new site has been a task of monumental fun and difficulty, and we are looking for some new moderators who would like to join in on the madness that is running and moderating this site!

Where are you looking for cover?
We are looking for additional moderators in:
What’s Your Problem
Off Topic
Brags Forum
Introductions
And possibly some places we haven’t thought of yet!

What do I need to apply to be a mod?
You will need several things to begin with.
· Time on the Arena – we need all applicants to be regular posters, and spend at least a couple of hours a day on the Arena. You will need to be able to check your forums on a daily basis.
· Wisdom – this may sound odd, but we need people who can see both sides of an argument and be able to hold a neutral opinion if need be.
· Strong English. It doesn’t have to be your first language, but we ask that you be able to communicate fully in English.
· Friendliness. You don’t have to be able to get on with everyone on the Arena, but a positive persona certainly helps!
· Exceptional feedback. Scammers need not apply.
I’m more excited than a sugar filled fairy floss vendor! What can do I do now?

Anyway, I don't think I'll apply this time round as uni has left me with far less spare time than I'd like. Maybe I'll give it a go next time! Looking forwards to seeing the new mods!

I am happy to have all mods at my place for a bbq and drinks, me & my dad are awesome cooks (one of the reason's im a pudgy little unicorn) and I can mix a pretty awesome cocktail ;) also heaps of room under the pagola, and even willing to blow up the pool for the occasion. I will even bake cookies & muffins :D

Floyd is willing to allow free unicorn rides, he does bite though if you touch his tail, I am trying to stop this behaviour in him. However, where else are you going to get unicorn rides for free?

It's been very cold here for the last few days, so I'm blaming my CONSTANT NEED TO EAT on that!! Seriously, all I want to do is eat....and I don't want to gain any weight :(
