I just brought a FS Pinkie Pie and I'm looking at the DVD that comes with her and I just can't get over how small it is! How dose something so small not get lost in the DVD player? :whoa:
-
I was curious about this as well, because my dvd player doesn't have tray, it just sucks the disc in. I'm afraid I'm going break it trying to watch the tiny dvd
-
My TV is like that too. But I'm keeping Pinkie MIB so I'll never find out.
-
I tried to play it on my computer and nearly broke my DVD drive (it also doesn't have a tray) so I haven't been able to play them at all. It should work on tray loading one, though.
-
My laptop, with a tray, couldn't read it. >_< I feel like it'd get lost in my DVD player too.
-
They're MiniDVDs. Those are about the size of GameCube discs I think, and well, the Wii accepts GameCube discs even though the slot is larger. No reason to believe the same applies on a DVD player. Although some slot-loading players do advise against using those- check your manual before use.
I get discs of that size with some computer equipment I buy too. Note that most trays on DVD players and drives have two ridges, you're supposed to fit it in the inner ridge.

I've not had any problems with tray-less or tray players.
They are adorably tiny!!!
-
I wonder if they would work on a PSP? They look about the some size of those game discs.
-
How funny! Pint sized Extras with pint sized ponies!
-
It's the same size as a Game Cube disc. And the Wii never eats those up! I'm sure it'll work fine.

Don't do that! PSPs uses special formatting for their discs and is generally incompatible with file system used on DVDs. Come to think of it, I may be wrong, but i think the player software is usually stored on the UMD itself and a PSP has no provision of software for playing back mini DVDs.
And you'll need a shell for the disc too...
