I want to perform a little experiment. I have a UPC scanner for my phone that scans barcodes and then shows me where the item that I scanned is available in my city. My request is this: I need someone to post a picture of a blind bag barcode here so I can scan it and see if they're in my area yet. It may or may not work if I scan it from my computer screen, but we'll see. :P

Let me see if I can find some of the extra baggies from ones I bought in the past. I think they are in my desk still.

Thanks, Zetta. My scan didn't yield any results other than telling me that the barcode I scanned was from a product of Hasbro. :P
Ah, well. Looks like I'll be making a trip to Wal-Mart tomorrow.

I saw a post from another member saying that the blind bags are supposed to be 'officially' released tomorrow so if your WalMart does not have them they should probably be getting them soon. Good luck finding them~

Oh - do all the US blind bags say Hasbro Canada on them? Or is it cause you are in Michigan do you think? Is that not a little odd? Should it not say Hasbro USA? Just me being nosy....

Everything I've bought from Hasbro since I started collecting MLP and LPS 2 years ago has always said Hasbro Canada on them. I just thought that was normal.

While the pony shelves were crammed full of pony goodies (FS Rainbow and Fluttershy AND the new-wave singles!), there were no blind bags. :< Not even a place for them on the shelves. I'll keep checking back every week or so. I'd hate for my state to be skipped over like it was during the Big-Lots blind bag singles release. ><

You can call Walmart and give them the UPC (all 12 digits) and they can tell you if they are in stock so you don't have to bother driving there if they don't have them yet.

yes, this is what I did! they said they had 24 in stock based on that number.
