Baby Buggy help- cleaning/sunfading

I got a baby buggy from my friend as a b-day pressent!
I sooo love it, but its got like yellow stans inside and outside of the "basket".
Can I sunfad it away? or clean it someway?
Greatfull for answers :)

With hard white plastic I know people have had luck with Peroxide and hair bleaching cream.

I have heard about the peroxide working wonders, but you do have to be careful with it as it can make the plastic brittle if you soak too long :)
Man who wear lampshade on head is bright!
