Please pardon his mane, it was being very unhelpful >u< I'm trying to get it to stay the opposite direction with conditioner so his streak will show but it's a losing battle!

I was fortunate to come across, and win, an auction for this Sunburst on eBay last weekend. Yes, he has quite a few flaws, in the form of age marks/stains, but I'm not a picky collector in the slightest, and at the price of $45, I couldn't pass him up! He is otherwise lovely; his mane and tail especially are silky smooth and uncut.

I am so pleased to have a Mountain Boy finally, after having loved them since I was about seven or eight. I used to daydream about being able to have one and that dream has come true <3 I'm very much looking forward to getting the rest of the set (especially Ice Crystal, who has always been my grail <3).

Congratulations! He was my first MB too! His colours are really pretty :D

(And mine has the same issue with the streak - he's always had it since new, that he likes to hide it under his mane :/ Don't take it personally xD it's not just yours xD)

Amazing, even with a few flaws! They add character.

If you carefully pour boiling water over his mane in the opposite direction, and then swap the hair with kitchen roll and an elastic band, it should train it the other way. It's always a shame when their stripes aren't on show.

Thank you! Ooh really? That's neat! They really are lovely, Sunburst was always one of my faves <3 I think he's one of the few ponies I drew when I was little.

Ahaha that's good to know, guess it's just the way they were rooted/packaged >u<

I feel the same about his flaws! And thanks so much for the tip, I'll definitely have to try that :o
