Is anyone buying these? They are small Hatchimal blind bag type toys. They come in an egg that you rub and then hatch to see the creature inside.

I seen those at Walmart and was so tempted but didn't buy them. I have so many collections already :/

I can't bring myself to buy the full size Hatchimal for the asking price so I thought I'd try these. The eggs are a little hard to hatch.

I had never seen these before! They look so cute and fun. I'll definitely pick up one or two if I see them ^.^

I haven't bought any, but you have no idea how many of these I scan each day at Kohls while excited kids are jumping up and down waiting talking 20 miles a minute about hatching them.
They're really cute and I want some of them. But I'm trying so hard not to lol.

I bought one of the single eggs in a bag and got a pink sheep.
Is there a checklist? Are any of them penguin-y like the big ones?

Yes there is a pengula in there somewhere. As far as the checklist they have larger packs that are 4 eggs with a bonus character. Those supposedly come with a checklist.

These are really adorable... If I pass them in a store, there's no way I'll be able to leave without one. XD
So, the eggshells... Are they just packaging, basically? Are they meant to be tossed once you've "hatched" them? Are they crumbly? :wonder:

These look cute, I hope they pop up at a local store so I can consider buying one. I might watch a YouTube review because I'm curious as to how they hatch.

The bottom part of the egg is a more solid piece of plastic that you can you can keep to put the hatchimal in.
The breakable part is still some type of plastic, it tears apart rather than crumbling.

I didn't realize you could save the bottom of the egg. I bought 2 of the 2 packs with the nest and both came with a checklist. 3 of mine were commons and one was listed as Ultra Rare. I had a little trouble with the eggs. They warmed up pretty easily (you have to rub the heart until it turns pink) but none of the shells broke perfectly and I had to peel away sections of the egg to get the toy out.
I think I will be buying more of these.

I watched a video and they're kinda cute (my fav is the giraffe)... I hope I see them in Australia soon :P

I bought a pack of 4+1 Bonus ('Pre-hatched' Purple Puppy) and had fun hatching them. I got two rares, they're quite cute but I don't want to get addicted to collecting them. I wish I had got the cute Giggling Giraffe. :P
The Animal Jam blind bags are cute too, I had never even heard of the online game before. If I see them I might get one, I think Mr Toys has them.

Yesterday I saw a commercial for the hatchimals. They have arrived at Portugal. I wonder when furby connect is gonna arrive.

Oh, so they're colorful animals with wings? Not ground-breaking, but I find them cuter than LPS. I think this guys will eventually make me collect "pets" for my dolls

Cute!!! I went to Walmart hoping to find these but they didn't have any (or any of the big Hatchimals either). My Walmart is ridiculously slow on toy restocks so I'm gonna go try Target this weekend.

We have the three or five packs at my work place if anyone wants me to fetch them some, I will ship if you are in the Us.

Just found these with my daughters and I love them! Our Walmart is fully stocked and now also has a “dozen” kit with 12 (10 eggs and two pre-hatched”. Great stocking stuffers!

I haven't gotten a new pack for a while, but I've noticed they're starting to show up again. Would anyone be interested in trading? I have a couple of duplicates.
