I don't know if this one is old news or not but I just found the Royal Surprise mini figure set with Queen Chrysalis at Walmart Two of the sets I found though had Celestia with no cutie mark.

the wallmart na hour and a half away from me had  the through the mirror  Fs Twilight sparkle

I got her today, and she was around $17, a bit much for a basic doll with no articulation and only a simple skirt, but her hair is nice and long and perfectly silky so it works out. I saw her online too.

found Rainbow Power Rarity at Target in Turlock, California last night, along with the Mrs. Cake set!

Also, the dress/wings are removable, it just clips onto her back.
