AROUND 30cm  HIGH(not including the horn, the horn is around 9 cm length)  AND around 40cm length( from the nose to tail).

Looks a lot better than the other bootleg Luna, IF this is a bootleg?

Hard to tell. I see no one has bitten either. Normally the fakies have a fakie tag on them. Almost too good to be a mass produced item. I think this one is fan made or someone just looking to make money off the collectors.

Just one detail that may make it a fakie: the darker shine in her iris looks a little off/too dark.

Wow she looks great! I am going to go with bootleg as well to be honest. The last ones we saw - Spike, Dr Whooves, Dash, Crackle, etc didnt come with tags if I remember correctly either [may be wrong on that one] - so I would guess she could have similar provenance.

Could be bootlegged off a fan-made design. If I recall correctly there were several Rainbow Dash plushes floating around that had been bootlegged from a fan-made plush. I doubt it's official. It's too show-accurate and well-made xD She is lovely, but her forelock is the same colour as her body xD
