Okay, so I bought your book and am going to read it soon, I hope -- when I finish it you can count on a review from me on both Amazon and Goodreads! And I think Amazon has a pretty good system for dealing with trolls -- and trolls are less motivated to try writing reviews on Goodreads (though they do comment in droves on OTHER people's reviews. :/ )
