Just something I've been wondering lately. In the early days of my pony collecting, there was a lot of trading going on; mostly on here and on the MLPTP. Now I see hardly any trading in the forums, so I was curious as to whether there simply aren't nearly as many people trading as there used to be, or if they've all gone somewhere else that I don't know about.
I know there are some facebook groups where people buy and sell, and also on instagram, but trading not so much. Or what am I missing?
I have a ton of dirty ponies I still need to clean, but after that I'd personally much rather trade them for ones on my wishlist than go through the hassle of getting them sold.

*not sure if I posted in the right forum, please move if not* So I recently rediscovered my MLP collection. My favourites were always the collectors, and especially all the subtly different variants from all the different countries. And even though I was supposed to clean and photograph my extra’s so that I would finally get that bin empty, I came across a deal for a pony I wanted that was too good to pass up. Maybe twice.  And then I couldn’t resist taking my new girls for a spa day. So here is my brand new French Blossom and also the rest of my litte Blossom army. I'm looking for information on this pony, or any pony like it. She's an italian Cotton Candy with stamped eyes. At first glance she seems pretty ordinary, just faded. But if you compare her to a regular italian CC, her hair is a different shade of pink and her feet lack the "pat pend" mark. But most noticeble is the complete lack of symbols. There really is no trace of them, so either they were intentionally removed (which seems unlikely since I found her at a thrift store) or they were never there, making her some sort of factory error I suppose. Hello, I changed things around a bit and have priced most of the stuff here (some things I have honestly no idea what to ask). If you don’t like my asking price feel free to make a different offer. Discount for multiple purchases is also available. I nearly reached the bottom of my “regular” issue ponies and soon I will be adding some international issues. Expect a tonne of Italian ponies, a bunch of dutchies and a couple of Spanish and French ponies. For fellow dutchies: I have placed everything on marktplaats as well: marktplaats. On ponies’ conditions: I clean all my ponies and style their hair before making pictures. I do not use agressive chemicals on them, and I do not straighten hair. I just use a mild cleaning agent and a generic conditioner. If I did anything more to restore a pony, I will mention this in the description. On shipping: I am located in the Netherlands. Shipping from here can be expensive so make sure to ask for a quote before you bid to avoid disappointment. Hello! Nice to be here again! I have been collecting MLP since 2003 but for several years my ponies have been boxed up. Recently I uncovered these boxes and decided to sell all my extras and only keeping the ones I really like. And maybe even, finally, being able actually display them *fingers crossed* I live in the Netherlands and because international shipping costs have gone through the roof I have been selling most of my regular ponies locally. However, I have some nirvana ponies that might be worth selling (or possibly trading) internationally. I have absolutely no idea of their worth though, so I would really appreciate any help in pricing these. I know the last few are not actually nirvanas, but I thought it would be better to add them to this list rather then starting a new post. Hello, I was just wondering if anyone has ever heard of or seen a pony like this: it's italian Cotton Candy but without symbols. Also her hair is a lighter pink than any other (italian) CC I've seen. She's very dirty so at first I thought she was just faded, but there is absolutely no trace of symbols ever having been there. So would that make her a prototype? Hello, I can't seem to find my old introduction post so I guess I'll make a new one  My name is Audrey; I'm 38 and live in Holland. I started collecting G1 ponies 10 years ago, and since then I have been collecting on and off; I never gave it up completely but have had to size down considerably (something to do with moving twice and having two babies in the meantime!). I especially love the original collectors ponies: my first pony as a kid was Italian Butterscotch. I try to collect as many variants of them as I can; unfortunately for me, there are quite a few out there! I will be selling a part of my collection now, and hopefully making a few trades as well. And with a little luck I will have some more space to display my collection in the near future, which will make collection a lot more fun again.
