Lady Lollipop in need of hair :)
« on: August 10, 2012, 09:18:38 AM »
I've decided to make another new reference sheet for Lady Lollipop, and also decided to make a few small changes.

I made her in the pose that I want her in as a custom; Gusty's pose.

I also decided to change her hair. She normally had red bangs and rainbow colored straw-curls, but I changed it into simple G1 length straight hair.

(Red bangs, then equal big stripes hair: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple)

Her body is finished, now only the hair... Can someone draw it on her for me?

Colors will be the same.  (posted old reference sheet for the colors)

I also put it a picture as an example of how I would like her hair. Her hair should hang over to the display side.

Hair should not be blocking her markings!

And for the colors (and to see/look for the small changes):

I can't do anything with the drawing, I have NO cool art programs, but I like the first "Lady Lollipop" name tag best :)

Well, I gave it a shot.  :) If you like it, just let me know and I'll add hair to the other images you provided.

(My mom is probably wondering why she has all these pony pictures invading her Photobucket account, lol)
As for the banners, I like the forth one. c:

Wow that picture is amazing!

But in the text I mentioned I wanted to change her hairstyle:
"I also decided to change her hair. She normally had red bangs and rainbow colored straw-curls, but I changed it into simple G1 length straight hair."
"Her hair should hang over to the display side."
"Hair should not be blocking her markings!"

Added a little extra one: (Red bangs, then equal big stripes hair: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple)

The fourth banner? I only made two :P do you mean the regular dafont font?

Oh, you did? Well, it's no big deal; I can easily change it. :) And yes, I did mean the dafont font - I didn't realize it wasn't a banner. |D

I like the look of the ringlets (very unique), and since I'm working on your adoptable right now do you mind if I take a stab at it?

I love her ringlets too, but since I'm saving money to commission someone to make her into a custom, I'd like to have an up-to-date reference sheet. I love ponies with curls, but they always seems to hang out, and I can't re-curl ponies myself. So I thought I'd be better off with a non-candy cane curled Lady Lollipop.

And I'd love it if you'd take a try :D
