what g3 bait fits for g1 blossom?

hi folks

I have a wish to make myself a nice g3 version of the old original g1 Blossom.
But what bait should I use?
I've been looking through strawberry reefs g3 guide, looking at the body colours and poses, but as far as i know, there is no one that has the old blossoms color.

I want this dusky lilac color, but question is.... should i dye a white or do a full body repaint to get it? or should i simply give in and be a little lazy and just go with just a purple bait??


any tips or ideas? cause i'm at a little bit of a loss here...

razzaroo and Spring Carnivale have a similar color only sparkley you could add a semi transparent paint overtop to create the color you want

As far as I know there are no G3s that are quite that color. There are a few that are a lighter purple, but they'res till more saturated than blossom. She's tricky too beacuase of how her body tends to fade and change over time, so there are a variety of colors she should be. Some are more pink, some are pretty much just grey... If you want to be really exact you probably need to do a full body paint, but there are quite a few baits that would be acceptable.

I Do like Velvet Bow's pose. it's a happy one without being too childishly happy like donkey pose. (my opinion)

question is.... is she common?
I dont wanna make g3 collectors cranky by customizing something that they have trouble getting their hands on. unless she's in bad shape.

Triple treat is a pretty true purple. The strawbery reef photo is pretty true to life, at least on my monitor.

I would try a Garden Glade and then sun fade her for about four weeks both sides (or longer till desire color) will need to remove the head and rotate different angle to get everything even, including the belly. I have a couple pink ponies I'm sun fading successfully to the color of light pink almost peach color I want. I can't wait till they are done, it is taking so long.

Maybe a February Violet, Yesterdaisy, Twinkle Twirl (2006 version) or a Garden Glade.

I do believe you when you say that sun fading her would make her a good color match for blossom. Only problem is that over here we have to few days with sunshine now over winter/spring so i fear it would take about half a year to complete the fading.
and i wanna create her nooow!
She's also in a pose that I feel is boring. (yes I can be VERY picky)

If only I could find a pony in a nice pose with Junko's color (I believe she is a pale lavender grey? at least she looks it...)
But I think that if I would ever strip down a Junko, every pony collector in the world would hunt me down and slowly torture me to death.....
