Hmm. I think there are two people who handle it. I got an email from one person and when I asked questions about some stuff I was referred to a second person. Like, one manages the site and one manages the product but I have no idea which is which.

The second person may be Tina's husband?

I love saran. My only issue with it is that it doesn't conform to a shape without heat-setting as easily as nylon. I went with it for my unfinished :muffin: Pony and I'm hoping I can get it to sit right without using boiling water again after she's painted.

(I got my order from DH today. She's been awful patient with be asking for multiple snippets of colors every time I place an order. Hang in there, Tina! Between the samples and the ones I've ordered, I'm going to run out of colors to bother you about.  )

What color saran did you use for your :muffin: Pony, Lon-san?  I've used saran before, and  I love the way it feels.

Good question. I think it was lemon blonde with a bit of CM yellow chucked in because lemon blonde felt too light to me.
