Title: PC on LPS Pink Zebra

I aquired this little pink zebra who looks pretty new recently.  I don't know anything about Littlest Pet Shop so I thought I'd ask here.  Who is s/he and what's his/her value?

There's also a littlest pet shop board too where you can check.
